1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ACK St. Stephen’s Oasis Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. User Conduct

This portal is designed for the spiritual growth and coordination of the church brethren. Users agree NOT to:

• Submit false or misleading information in church forms.
• Attempt to bypass security or "scrape" data from the platform.
• Use the portal for commercial advertising or illegal activities.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the Savannah Systems code, the church logo, and digital arrangements, are the exclusive property of the church and its developers. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

4. Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, ACK St. Stephen’s Oasis is not liable for technical downtimes or errors resulting from the use of the Bible API or external hosting services.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms or engage in conduct detrimental to the church community.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

7. Minimum Age

Users must be at least 13 years of age to hold a personal account on this portal. Younger users should use the platform under parental supervision.
